Where the funnel leaks

You paid for the registrant. Then you lost them.

They registered, then forgot

An email reminder lands in Promotions. The link is buried. By the time the webinar starts, they are doing something else.

No-shows never hear the offer

Whoever missed the live session drops out of the funnel. You paid for them in ads and got nothing back.

Follow-up is a person with a spreadsheet

Someone exports the attendee list, sorts it by hand and sends DMs. On a launch week, that is the first thing to slip.

How it works

Before, during launch week, and after.

1

We set up WhatsApp on your number

Official Business API on your own number, verified with Meta. We write the message templates and get them approved.

2

Reminders before every webinar

A welcome when they register, reminders before the session, and the join link where they will actually see it. Replies like "can't make it" are recorded.

3

Follow-ups after it

A replay for no-shows, your offer for attendees, a few spaced nudges — and the moment someone buys, the offers stop.

What it never does

No offers to people who already paid.

This is where stitched-together automations quietly fail, and where your buyers notice.

Someone buys

They leave the offer sequence immediately. Your newest customer never gets a "last chance to buy" message.

Someone says stop

Every future message to them is cancelled. Opt-outs are honoured automatically, not whenever someone remembers.

The same lead arrives twice

We recognise it and ignore the duplicate. One person, one sequence, however many times your tools send them to us.

Pricing

One price. We build it, we run it.

₹2,999 /month

Questions

Before you ask

Do I have to leave TagMango?

No. You keep hosting, checkout and your course where they are. We connect to your account and run the WhatsApp side. If your registrations live in a Google Sheet or a CSV instead, that works too.

Will my leads get two sets of reminders?

Not if we set it up. TagMango sends its own basic reminders; during setup we switch those off so each person hears from you once.

Will this get my number blocked?

Reminders are utility messages, which Meta treats differently from marketing. For offers we cap how many times one person is messaged and stop the moment they buy or opt out. "Message them until they buy" is exactly what gets numbers restricted, so we will not build it.

How do you know who attended?

We record attendance from your webinar platform and mark everyone else as a no-show after the session ends. That is what decides who gets the replay and who gets the offer.

What does WhatsApp itself cost?

Meta charges per message and bills you at its published rate. We add nothing on top. Reminders are cheap utility messages; offers are marketing messages and cost more, which is another reason we cap them.

What if my show-up rate is already good?

Then bring us the numbers. If reminders will not move them, we will say so and you should not buy this.

Bring your last webinar’s numbers.

Fifteen minutes. Registrants, attendees, buyers. We’ll show you where the funnel leaks and whether WhatsApp would fix it. If it won’t, we’ll say so.
