Before you ask
Do patients need to save our number or install anything?
No. The message arrives in their normal WhatsApp from your clinic's verified business name. Nothing to install, nothing to accept.
Will this get our number blocked?
Appointment reminders are utility messages, which Meta treats differently from marketing. We honour opt-outs automatically, and we don't send promotional content from your reminder number. That is precisely what keeps quality ratings high.
Do we have to change our practice-management software?
No. Start by sending us a daily list however it's easiest — export, sheet, or your existing system. If your software can call an API, we'll connect it directly and you stop touching it entirely. If it can only fire a webhook, we build the receiver for you.
What happens when a patient replies?
It goes to a shared inbox your front desk can answer from. Confirmations and cancellations are recorded against the appointment automatically.
What if we already send reminders?
Then bring us your numbers. If your current no-show rate is already low, we'll say so and you shouldn't buy this.
Can we also send offers and campaigns from this number?
Yes — broadcasts, segments, templates and analytics are all included. We keep promotional sends separate from your reminder templates so your quality rating stays high, and we set that up with you.
